Jose Auriemo Neto – Making Great Developments with JHSF

Jose Auriemo Neto is a member of the Yong Presidents’ Organization, Inc., and the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of JHSF Partipacoes SA, which is a real estate firm that specializes in the development of residential and commercial properties in Brazil.

JHSF was founded by Fabio and Jose Roberto Auriemo in 1972 and started as a construction company. Jose Auriemo Neto, Fabio’s first son took over the company when he was 27 years old. The change in leadership was a great success because Jose Auriemo Neto brought in innovative ideas that made the company diversified and lucrative.

Aside from managing the company’s interests in public developments, hotels and buildings, he also oversees the expansive retail and shopping portfolio of the firm, including the well-known Cidade Jardim – a shopping complex located in Sao Paolo; the Ponta Negra shopping center in Manaus, also the Bela Vista, and the Metro Tucuruv. Two other property developments are underway and being constructed by the company in the district of Sau Paulo to keep abreast of the expanding economic market in Brazil.

Auriemo Neto supervised the company’s primary retail project in 2009, where exclusive partnership agreements were signed with Jimmy Choo, Pucci, and Hermes. The first retail outlets of the cited brands opened at the Cidade Jardim, the shopping complex owned by JHSF. After three years, the company likewise sealed a business collaboration with Valentino that inaugurated the first R.E.D. Valentino and Valentino outlets in Brazil.

Jose Auriemo Neto is a graduate of the Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) University in Sao Paolo Brazil. In 1993 Auriemo Neto started his employment with JHSF Partipacoes SA. As a newly hired and upcoming executive, he established the company’s services department through the inception of Parkbem – a parking lot management entity.

After the services department’s success, Auriemo Neto obtained the rights to construct the first shopping mall of JHSF in 1998, which is the Shopping Santa Cruz – where he supervised its successful construction.
